Fall is here, Halloween is coming and it’s time to start losing weight!

Starting Weight: 239lbs

Weight as of 10/1/13: 239lbs

Goal weight: 135lbs

I am 0% of the way to Mount Doom. (wtf?)

Goals for this month:

  • Walk at least a mile a day
  • Cut soda intake by 50%
  • Cut fast food intake by 75%
